DJ’s Collision is committed to providing the best possible repairs to your vehicle. To achieve this we would like to inform you that the repairs that are performed by us as listed on the repair estimate, excluding rust repairs, are guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle.

All parts and material used will be of the finest quality obtainable and will be subject to the warranty of the supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim under the suppliers warranty. Any body or paint work covered by this warranty will be performed at our expense, or at our option refunded or adjusted in whole or in part based on the purchase price for the work in question.

Any failure due to lack of maintenance, additional incident of collision, theft or vandalism including unreasonable use or care of the vehicle are excluded from this warranty. Cosmetic conditions or surface corrosion from stone chips or scratches in the paint are not covered. Surface damage or corrosion from the environment such as acid rain, airborne fall-out (chemicals – tree sap, etc.), salt, hail, windstorms, floods, or other acts of God are excluded.

This warranty is non-transferable, and is a complete and exclusive statement between the customer and repairer. This warranty shall be varied, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted by any prior course of transactions or understandings between the parties or any usage of trade.
